Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Pediatric Dentist to join our established pediatric dental team in the Charlotte area. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Deliver preventive and restorative dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
  • Educate parents and caregivers regarding oral health, prevention, treatment recommendations, and home care
  • Create positive dental experiences that help children develop lifelong confidence in receiving dental care
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment options and patient needs
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
  • Active North Carolina dental license in good standing or ability to obtain
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric dentistry
