Pay Range: $50–$57/hour
Annualized Range: Approximately $83,200–$94,800 per year based on a 32-hour work week
Position Overview
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Powell, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent four-day work week, competitive compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner while building trust and rapport with patients
- Enhance overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and provide appropriate preventive and periodontal care
- Thoroughly review and document patient medical histories and chief complaints
- Take diagnostic x-rays and intraoral images to assist with treatment planning and monitor patient progress
- Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist
- Monitor patient oral health and accurately document clinical findings
- Respond appropriately to unexpected developments during patient treatment and implement emergency measures when necessary
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, at-home care, and long-term oral health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, periodontal assessment, patient screening, and detailed clinical documentation
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Any additional certification or licensure required by the State of Ohio to perform assigned duties
