General Dentist

At Godley Station Dental, we change lives through premier care and an exceptional patient experience. Since the early 2000s, Dr. Matthew Allen has built a trusted Pooler practice now home to five doctors, twelve hygienists, and eleven assistants. Join us to deliver comprehensive dentistry that patients remember—and recommend—for years.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic care that earns 4.8+ patient satisfaction and drives same-day treatment acceptance above 70% within the first six months.
  • Build a loyal patient panel of 1,200+ active patients in year one by completing thorough exams, clear treatment plans, and follow-through that converts new patients into multi-year relationships.
  • Collaborate daily with hygienists and assistants to keep operatories on time, reduce wait times below 10 minutes, and maintain a calm, five-star experience from check-in to checkout.
  • Utilize digital imaging, intraoral cameras, and current clinical protocols to diagnose accurately and present options patients understand and choose with confidence.
  • Mentor and support the clinical team so case quality, infection control, and chairside communication stay consistently high across all providers.
  • Contribute to practice growth by identifying opportunities for same-day dentistry and specialty referrals that keep care coordinated and patients in-house whenever possible.

Environment & Resources

You will practice alongside four fellow doctors in a modern Pooler facility equipped with digital charting, intraoral cameras, and current clinical technology. Report to the practice leadership team while enjoying a four-day clinical week, dedicated assistants, and a full hygiene department. Continuing education support, a collaborative culture, and established systems let you focus on dentistry rather than administration.

Essential Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program and current, unrestricted Georgia dental license (or eligibility).
  • Proven ability to diagnose, present, and complete a full range of general and restorative procedures with excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Comfort using digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and electronic records to educate patients and document care.
  • Warm, abundant-mindset communication that puts anxious patients at ease and builds trust quickly.
  • Team-first attitude and willingness to partner closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office to protect the patient experience.

Role Selling Points

  • Unlimited production-based earning potential in a high-demand Savannah-area market with a strong existing patient base.
  • Four-day work week, medical and vision coverage, 401(k) match, PTO, and employee/family dental discounts.
  • State-of-the-art private practice (not corporate) with a genuine mission to change lives and a reputation patients rave about.
  • Professional development support and a collegial doctor team that shares cases and raises the standard of care together.

If you are a skilled, caring dentist ready to grow with a practice that puts patients first, apply today. We review every application and will contact qualified candidates promptly to schedule a conversation.
