Full-Time General Dentist Opportunity – Newington, CT

We are actively seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a well-established private practice in Newington, CT. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and personable clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and building lasting patient relationships. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and skilled in comprehensive general dentistry with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Practice Highlights

• Privately owned and operated practice serving the community since 1982
• Strong patient base of over 1,900 active patients
• Payer mix: 60% PPO / 40% Fee-for-Service
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time
• 3 Doctor chairs and 2 hygiene chairs
• Technology: Digital X-rays, iTero Scanner

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual earnings: $225,000 – $350,000
• Strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Connecticut dental license in good standing (or eligibility)
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience required
• GPR or AEGD completion preferred
• High proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry
