General Dentist – Part-Time

Location: Leesburg

Schedule:

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Potential to add an additional 1–3 days per month

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Leesburg, Virginia on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment.

The incoming provider will step into an established patient base following the departure of a long-term associate and will have the opportunity to build strong patient relationships within a modern and highly regarded practice.

  • Departing provider transitioning out June 30th

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3–4 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
