Prosthodontist (Full-Time, 4 Days/Week)

Location: Auburn, MA & North Andover, MA

Schedule: 4 days per week (split between two locations) - no nights or weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Prosthodontist to join a small, privately owned group practice serving patients across Auburn and North Andover. Both locations are established prosthodontic practices providing comprehensive, high-end dentistry in a modern private practice environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a referral-driven model that prioritizes quality of care, clinical autonomy, and access to advanced technology, while maintaining limited insurance participation.

Practice Environment

  • Comprehensive prosthodontic and restorative dentistry in a modern private practice setting
  • Limited insurance model: in-network with only two insurance carriers
  • Strong emphasis on comprehensive, higher-end restorative and prosthodontic care
  • Fully digital workflows, including:
  • CBCT imaging
  • Digital scanners
  • Extensive use of clinical photography
  • Dedicated internal marketing team focused on new patient referrals
  • Fully supported clinical environment allowing the prosthodontist to focus on patient care and outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive prosthodontic care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of complex restorative cases
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience
  • Utilize advanced digital tools and imaging to support accurate diagnostics and predictable outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities within the group

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited Prosthodontics residency
  • Active (or eligible) Massachusetts dental license
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensibility
  • Comfortable working in a digital, photography-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
