Associate Dentist – Part Time

Location: Garden City, New York

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $140,000 – $220,000 annually (annualized earnings potential)
  • Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work Saturdays; optional availability for two Thursdays per month
  • Compensation Structure: Strong minimum daily guarantee plus percentage of collections
  • Growth Opportunities: Defined path for bonus potential and expanded earnings

Position Summary

A highly respected, technology-advanced fee-for-service dental practice is seeking an experienced Part-Time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative and patient-focused clinical team. Practice Environment

Technology & Clinical Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
  • Perform detailed examinations and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
  • Provide procedures including crown and bridge, implant restorations, clear aligner therapy, and same-day dentistry
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health strategies
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, infection control, and ethical care delivery
  • Manage schedule effectively while maintaining exceptional quality of care
  • Participate in continuing education and skill development initiatives

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active New York dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Experience with crown and bridge, implants, clear aligners, and same-day dentistry strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
