Title: Lead Dentist

Location: Lancaster, PA

Position: Full-time permanent

Schedule: Tues.-Fri.

We are helping our client find a Lead General Dentist for their established busy practice with state of the art technology. The ideal candidate is experienced and comfortable being on their own.

Requirements:

• Endo and implant a plus
• Valid dental license and completion of an accredited dental program
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients. 
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care.
