Our client in North Carolina is seeking a full-time, child-focused Dentist to join their thriving, community-centered practice. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-established pediatric dental office with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation for exceptional care. The role offers potential for future partnership or ownership, depending on the candidate’s goals and experience.
About the Practice
Our client is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and experienced child-focused Dentist (3–5 years preferred) to join their team. The practice fosters a welcoming, fun, and family-focused environment, supported by a team that is passionate about patient care, education, and community involvement.
- Active Patients: 11,000+
- Average New Patients/Month: 45–50
- Operatories: 7 fully equipped
- Monthly Production: $180K–$200K
- Annual Production: $2.2 million with strong collections
- Providers: Work directly alongside the owner doctor
- Support Team: 5 RDAs (4 EFDA) and 1 Hygienist
- Schedule: 4 days per week
- OR Days: 2 days/week (Monday & Tuesday, 1 day per provider)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs
- Perform comprehensive exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care
- Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access (Pediatric Dentist preferred per NC regulations)
- Collaborate with a skilled, experienced support team
- Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families
- Participate in community outreach and school-based programs
Ideal Candidate
- Pediatric Dentist (preferred) or General Dentist with a strong focus on pediatric care
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
- Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition
- Energetic, personable, and community-minded
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential: $250K–$350K+ annually
- Full-time position (4 days/week)
