Surgical Restorative Dentist or Prosthodontist Opportunity

Position Overview
The incoming provider will focus on diagnosing and treating patients with complex restorative needs, including implant-supported restorations, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation cases. This role is well suited for clinicians who enjoy managing comprehensive cases from treatment planning through final restoration.
Providers will work closely with a skilled clinical team that may include general dentists, specialists, and in-house laboratory technicians, creating an efficient and collaborative environment for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat patients requiring advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures
• Plan and restore implant-supported cases including All-on-X and full arch restorations
• Perform or collaborate on implant placement and surgical procedures depending on experience
• Manage complex treatment plans involving crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and full-mouth reconstruction
• Partner with clinical team members and laboratory technicians to achieve optimal restorative outcomes
• Educate patients on treatment options and guide them through comprehensive care plans
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient-centered care
Ideal Candidate
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Prosthodontics residency or significant experience in surgical and complex restorative dentistry
• Advanced training in implant dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, or cosmetic dentistry
• Kois Center or Spear Institute training strongly preferred
• Licensed or eligible for dental licensure in the United States
• Passion for continuing education and mastery of advanced clinical techniques
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
Compensation & Benefits
