Location: Fremont, OH

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annualized compensation: $83,200 – $95,680 per year (based on $40–$46/hour at 40 hours/week)
• OR 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Fremont, OH. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and preventive treatments
• Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to the dentist
• Take and develop dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in dental hygiene
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused mindset with a team-oriented approach
• Open to new graduates and experienced providers
