Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive endodontic examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Provide nonsurgical root canal therapy
- Evaluate and manage complex endodontic cases
- Perform endodontic retreatment when clinically appropriate
- Diagnose and manage dental pain and endodontic infections
- Evaluate teeth for restorability and communicate findings to referring providers
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide compassionate, high-quality specialty care while ensuring a positive patient experience
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics specialty residency program
- Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and clinical endodontic skills
- Ability to independently evaluate and treat endodontic cases
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
- Board-certified or board-eligible Endodontists are encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements:
- All experience levels will be considered
- Experienced Endodontists and recent specialty graduates are welcome
- Must be comfortable practicing independently within the scope of specialty training
