Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our multi-site team, offering flexibility to work between two offices or remain at one preferred location. This position includes an attractive compensation plan with the potential for significant bonuses. The ideal candidate will enjoy autonomy, variety, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of general dentistry procedures focused on quality and patient satisfaction.
• Establish strong relationships with patients and deliver education-centered care.
• Maintain communication and consistency between offices (if applicable).
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office managers to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a diverse patient population.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate starting around $900, or 34–36% of adjusted production, negotiable.

Schedule

• Monday: Lewisburg (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Tuesday–Wednesday: Middleburg (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Friday: Lewisburg (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• 2nd Saturday monthly: Lewisburg (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
