Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–40 hours per week

Compensation

• $60–$65/hour
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $99,840–$135,200/year
• Competitive bonus system
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established Brooklyn Park dental practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, periodontal assessments, radiographs, patient education, and accurate clinical documentation while collaborating closely with the doctor and clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license or eligibility
• Current CPR/BLS
• Excellent patient communication skills
