Location: Bloomington, MN

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $59/hour
  • Annualized Compensation: Approximately $98,176/year (based on 32 hours/week)
  • Additional Earnings: Production-based bonus opportunity

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, privately owned dental practice in Bloomington, MN. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building
  • Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and removal of deposits and stains
  • Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings
  • Take and process dental radiographs
  • Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and long-term dental health
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient care
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
