Position Summary:

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered practice in Rochester, MN. This opportunity offers a strong clinical environment with modern technology, an engaged team, and consistent patient demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Perform restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program (CODA)
• Active or eligible dental license in the state of Minnesota
• CPR certification required
• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused mindset with a team-oriented approach
• Open to all experience levels
