Associate Dentist – Full Time

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 annually
• Expected Earnings Potential: $275,000 – $340,000+ annually
• Compensation Structure: Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of collections

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
• Perform thorough clinical examinations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral health maintenance

• Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA registration as required
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Completion of GPR or AEGD program preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
