What We Offer:
- Base salary plus production-based bonus structure
- Total annual compensation of $350,000-$500,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions
- Utilize advanced imaging and clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment
- Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members
- Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care
- Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endodontic procedures
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
