Compensation Structure: $55/hour or 32% of Net Production, whichever is greater

Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $114,400/year based on a full-time schedule

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private dental practice in Sandy Springs, GA. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care
- Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease in collaboration with the doctor
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
- Take and interpret digital dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care
- Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience treating periodontal disease, including Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) preferred
- Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
