Full-Time | Monday–Wednesday & Friday | $45–$50/hour

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Enjoy a four-day work week with Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Compensation: $45.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is passionate about preventive dentistry, enjoys educating patients, and values working in a collaborative environment where quality patient care comes first.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting.
  • Obtain diagnostic radiographs and complete comprehensive oral health assessments.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to OSHA and infection control standards.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and education.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Active Rhode Island Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
  • Local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
