Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 2:00pm (1 per month starting July)

Annualized Compensation: Approximately $72,800 – $79,040/year (based on full-time schedule)
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern, well-established practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with one-hour recall appointments, allowing you to provide thorough, comprehensive care while building strong relationships with your patients.
You will be supported by a highly engaged clinical team and have access to ongoing professional development, including participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that helps guide clinical excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapies in alignment with doctor treatment plans
- Identify signs of periodontal disease, oral pathology, and overall oral health concerns
- Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images
- Accurately document patient medical histories, conditions, and treatment notes
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Respond appropriately to any medical or dental emergencies during treatment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and ongoing preventative care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform assigned duties
