General Dentist – Fee-for-Service Practice

Compensation: 33% of Net Collections (1099) | Per Diem Provided for First 90 Days | No Lab Fees

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Dentist to join our high-quality, fully fee-for-service dental practice in Charlotte, NC. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering 33% of net collections, with no lab fees and 100% production-to-collections conversion.

About the Practice:

• 4 operatories with room for expansion
• Fully digital and paperless; Dentrix Ascend practice management system
• On-site technology includes CBCT, iTero scanner, intraoral cameras, implant placement equipment, and IV sedation setup
• Known for life-changing dentistry, we serve many patients who are medically compromised or have avoided care due to fear or anxiety

Compensation & Benefits:

• 33% of net collections (1099)
• Per diem guaranteed for the first 90 days
• No lab fees deducted
