Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services in a modern, technology-forward clinical setting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical team, fostering a culture of quality, communication, and collaboration.
• Refer complex or specialty cases to in-house specialists to maintain a seamless continuum of care within the practice.
• Partner with operational leadership to drive performance, patient satisfaction, and team engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey dental license
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a growth-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
