Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ethical General Dentist to join a high-demand, well-established privately owned dental practice in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values quality patient care, collaboration, and mentorship while working in a modern, technology-driven environment.
The incoming associate will play a key role in maintaining strong patient flow and expanding access to care as the owner transitions to a reduced clinical schedule for improved work-life balance. The position offers the opportunity to work four to five days per week, with flexibility in scheduling to support both patient needs and provider preferences.
This practice experiences consistent new patient demand, with approximately a two-month wait time for appointments, creating immediate production potential for the right candidate.
Practice Overview
- Established general dentistry practice with 8 operatories
- Strong regional draw from surrounding communities with limited dental availability
- 3 hygienists currently on staff (one part-time transitioning toward full-time)
- Experienced, stable clinical and administrative team with low turnover
- Incentive programs in place to support active new patient scheduling
- Office hours typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

The practice performs implant dentistry and a wide range of restorative procedures in-house and leverages intraoral photography and digital tools to enhance treatment acceptance.

Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of adjusted production
- Daily guarantee: $600 – $800

Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oklahoma
