An established, growing private dental practice is seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
• Provide routine and periodontal cleanings
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist in identifying restorative and periodontal treatment needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

Required

• Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Local anesthesia certification (if applicable under state regulations)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Preferred

• Previous private practice experience
• Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient care
