Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No weekends

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established and growing practice in Sarasota, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry in a modern, technology-driven environment with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and fee-for-service care.

You will be supported by a collaborative clinical team, a consistent flow of new patients, and a practice that continues to invest in advanced technology, facility expansion, and overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver a wide range of procedures including simple and surgical extractions
  • Educate patients and confidently present cosmetic and comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other dentists, specialists, and team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards while managing a productive schedule

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
  • Strong proficiency in general dentistry; cosmetic experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a fully digital dental practice preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
