Practice Overview

This is a long-standing general dentistry practice serving the local community for over 25 years and experiencing continued growth. The practice maintains a strong cosmetic dentistry focus with a high percentage of fee-for-service patients and will soon be relocating to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to support modern workflows, advanced procedures, and an exceptional patient experience.

  • High-volume practice averaging 30+ new patients per month
  • Strong fee-for-service and cosmetic dentistry mix
  • Established patient base with approximately 65% of patients over age 60, alongside a growing younger demographic
  • Provider team includes multiple General Dentists and a part-time Endodontist (2 days/week)
  • Fully digital environment utilizing Eaglesoft PMS, three TRIOS scanners, and CBCT
  • Planned transition to Denticon in 2026
  • Expanding from operatories within a newly built, state-of-the-art location

Position Summary

The General Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and fee-for-service care. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician seeking either a full-time or part-time position within a collaborative, patient-focused team and a practice that continues to invest in growth, technology, and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry and cosmetic care to a diverse patient population
  • Perform a broad range of procedures, including simple and surgical extractions
  • Maintain high clinical standards while managing a busy schedule
  • Collaborate closely with other dentists, specialists, and support staff
  • Educate patients and present cosmetic and comprehensive treatment plans confidently

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (DSO experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in general dentistry; cosmetic experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
  • Patient-focused, team-oriented, and dependable
  • Experience in a fully digital dental practice preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • 90-day daily guarantee, followed by a tiered percentage of net collections
  • Starting at 31%, increasing up to 33%
  • Lab fees covered when using preferred vendors
  • 100% responsibility when using non-preferred vendors
  • $2,000 annual CE allowance
  • Relocation assistance available (for full-time candidates)
