General Dentist (Advanced / Specialty-Focused)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with advanced clinical capabilities to join our team in Howell, MI. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is comfortable performing more complex procedures and is looking to expand their clinical scope within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on advanced and specialty procedures
  • Diagnose and execute complex treatment plans, including full-mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic cases
  • Perform procedures such as surgical extractions, implant placement/restoration, endodontics, and other advanced treatments (based on experience)
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health planning
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines)
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on outcomes and quality

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active dental license in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of 3–5+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience with advanced procedures (implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or full-mouth rehab)
  • Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills
  • Patient-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Interest in continued growth and potential partnership/ownership
