Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with advanced clinical capabilities to join our team in Howell, MI. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on advanced and specialty procedures
- Diagnose and execute complex treatment plans, including full-mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic cases
- Perform procedures such as surgical extractions, implant placement/restoration, endodontics, and other advanced treatments (based on experience)
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health planning
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines)
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on outcomes and quality
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 3–5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with advanced procedures (implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or full-mouth rehab)
- Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills
- Patient-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Interest in continued growth and potential partnership/ownership
