Pay Range: $52–$55/hour
Annualized Range: Approximately $108,200–$114,400 per year based on a 40-hour work week

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a modern dental practice in New City, New York that prioritizes quality care, strong patient relationships, and a concierge-level clinical experience. - Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner while building trust and rapport with patients
- Enhance overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers
- Thoroughly review and document patient medical histories and chief complaints
- Take diagnostic x-rays and intraoral images to assist with treatment planning and monitor patient progress
- Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist
- Conduct periodontal assessments and provide appropriate preventive and periodontal care
- Respond appropriately to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment and implement emergency measures when necessary
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, at-home care, and long-term oral health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in New York
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and detailed clinical documentation
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Any additional certification or licensure required by the State of New York to perform assigned duties
