Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endodontist to join our growing specialty team. Whether you're looking for a part-time schedule to complement an existing practice or a full-time opportunity to build a thriving patient base, we offer the flexibility and support to help you succeed.

The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, exceptional patient care, and building lasting relationships with both patients and referring providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a full scope of endodontic procedures including root canal therapy, retreatments, and emergency endodontic care.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to develop accurate treatment plans.
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post-operative care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referring general dentists and specialists.
  • Deliver compassionate, efficient, and evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program.
  • Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility).
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills.
