Associate Dentist – Part-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a patient-focused and motivated Associate Dentist to join our established practice in the Phoenixville area of Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health
  • Utilize digital technology to support accurate diagnosis and case presentation
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
  • Manage schedule efficiently while ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration as required
  • GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
  • Experience with endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
