Associate Dentist – Part Time

Location: Phoenixville Area, Pennsylvania

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 annually (annualized earnings potential)
  • Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Compensation Structure: Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of collections

Position Summary

An established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative and high-performing clinical team. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments
  • Perform thorough clinical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and front office team members
  • Utilize advanced digital technologies to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient communication
  • Maintain high standards of infection control, documentation, and ethical clinical care

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DEA registration as required
  • Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
  • Experience with endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical team
