We are seeking a patient-focused and motivated Associate Dentist to join our established practice in the Phoenixville area of Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health
- Utilize digital technology to support accurate diagnosis and case presentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
- Manage schedule efficiently while ensuring a positive patient experience
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration as required
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Strong clinical skills in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
- Experience with endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures preferred
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
