Schedule: Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Negotiable)

Compensation: $60–$65 per hour

Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their established private practice in San Diego, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a consistent three-day work week.

What You'll Do

• Administer local anesthetic in accordance with California regulations.
• Ensure patient comfort before treatment begins.
• Monitor patients for safety and comfort following anesthetic administration.
• Accurately document anesthetic administration in patient records.
• Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Local anesthesia certification required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Ability to create a calm and comfortable experience for patients.
