Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Fremont, OH

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

1-hour lunch break daily

Compensation

  • Compensation Structure: $40–$46/hour or 30% of net production, whichever is greater
  • Annualized Compensation: Approximately $66,560 – $76,544/year based on hourly compensation and current schedule, with additional upside through production-based earnings

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Fremont, OH. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry
  • Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures
  • Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
  • Take and interpret dental radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
