General Dentist – Part-Time

Monday and Friday (Wednesdays optional with potential to expand)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Bowie, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care in a supportive, privately owned environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base and perform a wide range of procedures, from bread-and-butter dentistry to more complex cases, while being supported by an experienced clinical team.

What We Offer:

  • Daily guarantee of $600–$750 for the first 90 days
  • 33–35% of net collections after guarantee period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions
  • Expand clinical scope into more complex procedures as desired
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
  • Interest in continued clinical growth and development
