Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead General Dentist to serve as the clinical leader of our established, multi-specialty practice in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Practice Overview
- Established multi-specialty practice with a loyal and growing patient base
- Comprehensive dental services including restorative, cosmetic, orthodontics, oral surgery, implants, and removable prosthetics

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry services with exceptional clinical care
- Serve as the clinical leader for the practice by mentoring associate dentists and collaborating on comprehensive treatment planning
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and preventive oral health
- Collaborate with specialists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Prescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with state regulations
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Foster a positive clinical culture focused on collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
- Current CDS and DEA registrations
- Current CPR certification
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative, multi-specialty clinical team
