Compensation

Hourly Rate: $37–$40/hour or 30% of net production (whichever is greater)

Annualized Compensation: Approximately $76,960 – $83,200/year (base hourly; higher earning potential with production)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building

Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments

Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings

Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images

Accurately document patient medical histories, clinical findings, and treatment notes

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and long-term dental health

Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with infection control and clinical protocols

Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient care

Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
