General Dentist – Part-Time

Location: Raleigh

Schedule:

Part-Time

2–3 days per week

Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Raleigh, North Carolina on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to build a productive schedule while maintaining flexibility, with a clear path to transition into a full-time role as patient demand continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and removable prosthetics
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
  • Manage schedule efficiently while ensuring a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry independently
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Growth-oriented with interest in long-term opportunity
  • Experience preferred; confident early-career dentists encouraged to apply
