Associate Role | 2–3 Days per Week | Growth to Full-Time Potential

A well-established dental practice in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time General Dentist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to build a productive schedule while maintaining flexibility, with the potential to transition into a full-time role within the next year.

Position Overview

  • Part-time associate position
  • Schedule of 2–3 days per week
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as patient demand continues to increase
  • Established patient flow with strong opportunity to build production

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Provide a wide range of general dentistry services including restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, removable prosthetics, extractions, and preventive care
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment with strong clinical judgment
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Maintain an efficient schedule while ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Collaborate with hygiene and support team members to support practice success

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
