Dental Assistant (DA)

Location: South Yarmouth

Salary Range: $29–$35 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am–1:00pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join their well-established practice in South Yarmouth, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled assistant looking for a stable position with strong compensation and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Take dental radiographs as needed
• Manage inventory and oversee ordering of clinical supplies
• Support digital dentistry workflows, including CAD/CAM processes
• Assist with CEREC milling procedures (experience highly preferred; willing to train the right candidate)
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless clinical flow

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures and workflow efficiency
• Inventory management and ordering experience required
• Experience with CEREC milling highly preferred (training available)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
