Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join the team following a provider’s departure to open their own practice. The position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are committed to delivering quality care and personalized patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on prevention, restoration, and aesthetics.
• Work collaboratively with hygienists and assistants to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Build patient relationships through strong communication and trust.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice through excellent clinical care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing.
• High ethical standards and dedication to patient satisfaction.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate of $800–$900 or 34–36% of adjusted production.

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
