Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice in Springfield, Illinois. Our practice is equipped with six operatories and supported by a dedicated clinical team, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive bread-and-butter dentistry and has an interest in expanding their clinical skills, particularly in sedation dentistry.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Dentists with less experience who demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply
- Interest in sedation dentistry is highly desirable
