A growing privately owned dental practice (not part of a DSO) in Lexington is seeking a General Dentist to join its collaborative and patient-focused team. Compensation & Benefits

$800 daily guarantee or greater, transitioning to 30% of production
- Fee-For-Service practice with limited PPO participation

- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop and present detailed treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and bridgework
- Perform extractions, root canal therapy, and minor surgical procedures as clinically appropriate
- Interpret radiographs and other diagnostic findings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and post-treatment care
- Prescribe medications to manage pain or infection when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and excellent patient experience
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible South Carolina dental license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Ability to work effectively in a productive clinical environment
- Commitment to compliance with all applicable professional and regulatory standards
