Dental Assistant – Multi-Specialty Private Practice

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No evenings | No weekends

Compensation: $26–$36 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Position Overview

An established, high-end private dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with broad clinical exposure across multiple specialties. This role supports a sophisticated clinical environment where precision, professionalism, and an exceptional patient experience are paramount. The ideal candidate is confident assisting in complex procedures, communicates with polish and discretion, and consistently delivers a white-glove level of service.

This is not a DSO environment. The practice values autonomy, clinical excellence, and a refined patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of specialties, including:
  • Prosthodontics
  • Oral surgery
  • Implant placement and restoration
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for advanced clinical procedures.
  • Anticipate provider needs during complex and multi-step cases.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
  • Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed.
  • Support patients before, during, and after treatment with calm, professional communication.
  • Deliver a consistent white-glove patient experience, ensuring comfort, confidence, and trust.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with doctors and clinical team members to support efficiency and excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of dental assisting experience in advanced or multi-specialty settings.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with implants, surgical procedures, and prosthodontic cases.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows in high-end private practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Polished, professional demeanor suitable for an upscale patient population.
  • Ability to remain composed, detail-oriented, and proactive in fast-paced clinical settings.
  • X-ray certification required.
