Compensation

• Compensation Structure: $50–$60/hour or 30% of net production, whichever is greater
• Annualized Compensation: Approximately $104,000 – $124,800/year based on hourly compensation and full-time schedule, with additional upside through production-based earnings

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a modern, growth-oriented dental practice in Grand Arch, OH. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry
• Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive hygiene procedures
• Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Experience with periodontal therapy and patient education preferred
