Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Rutland, Vermont. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Utilize digital technology to support accurate diagnosis and case presentation
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Vermont dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration as required
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
  • GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Experience with endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures preferred
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
