We’re hiring a Terminal Manager for one of our clients — a national LTL carrier serving a specialized niche market. This company provides best-in-class LTL and cross-dock services (no warehousing or inventory).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people-management experience — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily terminal operations and full P&L responsibility
• Lead dock and driver teams to ensure on-time, accurate service
• Manage dispatch, routing, and cross-dock freight flow
• Maintain compliance with DOT and safety standards
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor and report operational metrics and financial results

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a cross-dock terminal
• Proven experience leading drivers and operations teams
• Strong LTL background with P&L accountability
