Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to guide our organization through its next phase of growth. As we scale from 100 to 200–250 employees, this role will be instrumental in building infrastructure, developing talent, and elevating our people strategy.
This is not a traditional HR administrative role—this leader will focus on organizational development, leadership pipeline, and strategic HR oversight while managing external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company’s HR strategy during rapid growth
- Oversee and manage third-party HR vendors (recruiting, payroll, compliance, etc.)
- Design and implement employee development and leadership programs
- Build a “promote from within” culture through structured growth paths
- Partner with leadership to support organizational design and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Provide guidance and support to the existing HR Generalist
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven success in scaling organizations or high-growth environments
- Strong background in employee development, coaching, and leadership training
- Experience managing external HR vendors and partners
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required
