Sales Territory Manager

Experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) required

Our client is looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage customer relationships within a defined region. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities while supporting and expanding existing accounts in a fast-paced transportation environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new sales and strengthen existing customer partnerships.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored transportation solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and pricing strategies to win new business.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in LTL transportation sales or related logistics experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented approach.
