Job Description:

We Are Seeking a System Analyst to support an Agile project team by gathering, documenting, analyzing, and testing business and functional requirements. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and end users to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective system solutions. The System Analyst will also serve as a ScrumMaster on projects, utilizing Azure DevOps extensively to manage project work, user stories, features, epics, and related project activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with business analysis, quality assurance, Agile methodologies, process documentation, and requirements management.

Responsibilities:

·         Gather, analyze, and document clear, complete, and testable business and functional requirements.

·         Work with stakeholders to examine current-state and future-state business processes, data, and systems.

·         Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.

·         Translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

·         Serve as ScrumMaster for assigned projects and support Agile project delivery.

·         Utilize Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools to create and manage epics, features, user stories, tasks, and project workflows.

·         Maintain and manage project backlogs throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on documented requirements.

·         Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.

·         Identify, document, and track application defects through resolution.

·         Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing activities with business partners.

·         Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.

·         Collaborate with developers, project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

·         Develop and document current-state and future-state processes.

·         Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation activities.

·         Develop and maintain product roadmaps and related project documentation.

·         Ensure project and system documentation remains accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Support effective communication and coordination across technical and non-technical project participants.

·         Apply Agile and project management methodologies to support successful project delivery.

Required Skills

·         3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

·         3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

·         3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or a similar Agile project management tool such as JIRA.

·         Demonstrated ability to create and manage epics, features, and user stories and move work items through the project lifecycle.

·         3+ years of experience developing current-state and future-state (as-is/to-be) processes and related content.

·         3+ years of experience understanding and working across Business Analyst, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.

·         3+ years of experience creating product roadmaps.

·         3+ years of experience with Agile and project management methodologies.

·         3+ years of experience using BA/QA tools such as Figma and Visio.

·         Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication skills.

·         Strong understanding of software testing processes and quality assurance practices.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities.
