Job Description:
We Are Seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to analyze, design, and govern enterprise-wide technology solutions. This role aligns IT strategy with business goals and operational needs by defining and maintaining enterprise architecture standards and frameworks. The ideal candidate will guide the integration of systems, platforms, and data across business units while ensuring architectural governance, compliance, and seamless solution delivery throughout the system lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, standards, and technology roadmaps.
· Lead solution design efforts for cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
· Evaluate, recommend, and standardize enterprise platforms, tools, and integration patterns.
· Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and data governance standards.
· Provide architectural oversight across all phases of the solution lifecycle.
· Guide the integration of systems, applications, and data across multiple business units.
· Facilitate architecture review boards and governance processes.
· Partner with project management, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of enterprise solutions.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, including 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles.
· Strong knowledge of software integration methodologies, including maintenance, operations, and modernization of legacy systems.
· Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
· Experience in human services domains such as SNAP, TANF, or LIHEAP.
· Experience with system integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, and middleware.
· Knowledge of security architecture, including IAM, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
· Experience in data architecture, including data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.
· Background in software development and SDLC methodologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
· Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
· Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
