· Coordinate activities across functional, technical, payroll, finance, business analysis, and third-party vendor teams.
· Define clear roles, responsibilities, ownership, and accountability for project activities and deliverables.

· Coordinate production deployments and validate that implemented solutions meet business, technical, financial, and operational requirements.
· Support reconciliation activities to confirm that corrected processes, integrations, transactions, and data produce expected results.
· Track and manage project risks, issues, decisions, overdue actions, resource constraints, dependencies, and unresolved ownership.
· Escalate risks and delays that could affect project schedules, financial obligations, business operations, regulatory requirements, or other critical outcomes.
· Provide concise and accurate executive-level reporting on project status, issue aging, impacted populations, financial exposure, testing progress, risks, blocked decisions, and resolution trends.
· Coordinate and support business process improvements and operational stabilization efforts.
· Apply project management methodologies and SDLC practices to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver project initiatives.
