KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Multimedia Designer for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.

 

Work Location: This position is Onsite

 

Job Description:

We Are Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to support digital communications through the development of engaging visual and multimedia content. This role is responsible for designing brand-aligned assets, managing digital content, maintaining web platforms, and producing photo and video materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, experience with multimedia production, and the ability to deliver clear, accessible, and visually compelling content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

·         Design and produce brand-aligned graphics and visual assets for digital platforms using industry-standard design tools.

·         Develop and manage a proactive social media content calendar to support ongoing communications.

·         Assist in the distribution and coordination of external digital communications.

·         Perform website updates and content management באמצעות a CMS, ensuring accuracy and accessibility standards are met.

·         Capture and produce multimedia content, including on-site photography and videography for events.

·         Edit and optimize multimedia assets for use across web and social platforms.

·         Apply design best practices, including typography, layout, and color theory, to ensure consistent and professional output.

·         Conduct quality checks to maintain brand consistency and content accuracy.

·         Organize and manage digital assets for efficient access and reuse.

Required Skills:

·         1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.

·         Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

·         Experience in digital photography and videography, including shooting and basic editing.

·         Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates and digital publishing.

·         Experience developing and maintaining social media content calendars.

·         Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·         Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience designing for accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 Level AA).

·         Experience with Drupal or similar CMS platforms.

·         Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

·         Experience in public sector or nonprofit communications.

·         Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

·         Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
